Brand Identity

  • A start-up Property Management and Chartered Surveyor that wanted to stand out as a new face in the market.

    As a start-up, the biggest challenge is attracting the first prospects to make the first interaction. 

    They were very clear that they wanted to put the customer and/or property first so building a strong and trustworthy brand that was both friendly and formal was really important.

  • A custom font brings a bespoke start to the logo; the serif font is traditional and feels dependable.

    The badge adds a premium tone. Also, lots of scope for subtle branded collateral such as pens, folders, pins, cufflinks, umbrellas and more.

    The deep colour base builds prestige into the brand identity, and the pink plays off a bold statement. One that will help ALTO stand out as the new kid on the block.
