I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, and people either love or hate working with me. 

I ask a lot of questions, I’m silly, I’m serious, I swear, I will challenge you, and mostly, I’m vigorously passionate about doing great work with integrity—which can be a pain in the arse.  

The best work doesn’t come without some friction. The ‘best’ isn’t real in design; it’s subjective. Still, every day I try to be the best.
