Steve wanted to inspire companies to challenge the 'old' approach to employer branding to attract top talent. His brand needs its own 'spark' to do just that.

A bold voice travels far, so we (Steve and I) wanted a bespoke brand that would get noticed. 

Creating something that is attractive, full of energy and versatile AF. 

We started with the ‘BS journey squiggle’

This unique line expresses the unknowns of career progression and the hiring process. It wonderfully acts as the foundation for our brand journey. 

As we take the line out for a walk, pairing it with text, silhouettes and (predominantly people-based) photography, we really achieve something attention-grabbing.

The colour palette is a vibrant mix that reflects the target market's forward-thinking, positive attitude, and can-do attitude.
